Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, we're more than happy to offer you 30 days, no-questions-asked for refunds and exchanges. That means within 30 days from the date of your order, we'll refund you the purchase price of your order (sans shipping cost) or ship you a brand new item. It's really that easy. All that we ask is that you send us back the product and the packaging intact and without any blemishes to the product (unless, God forbid, the product came out of the box with a blemish!).

Shipping Policy

        Shipping times

Orders are processed and shipped every week from Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and company downtime. Please choose the appropriate shipping method for you during checkout. Orders generally ship within 1 business day of placing an order, although your order may be slightly delayed if order volumes are high. By the default USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation, you'll typically receive your order within 2-5 business days of shipping, depending on where in the US you live. Please contact us if you have any questions about the shipment of your order.  

        International shipping

We ship anywhere you want us to ship! (OK, not ANYWHERE - just anywhere our carriers ship.) We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Shipping times for USPS First Class are anywhere from 10 - 20 business days (i.e., a long time - so be prepared). USPS Priority takes between 6-10 business days. Please note that there is no delivery confirmation or tracking for mail sent internationally via USPS First Class, so we can't assure that your package will arrive safe and sound overseas. We hope and pray that it will, but we can only control what's within our control. For the safest bet, choose USPS Priority.  

Product Warranty

Our customers love our products and we want to make sure that never changes! That's why we offer a 1-year, hassle-free warranty for our products. Within 1 year from the date of your purchase, if for any reason you're unhappy with your order, simply send an email to detailing the issue and including a few photos of the affected areas. We'll be happy to send you a replacement. While we can in our sole discretion reject warranty claims, such as for abuse of our policies, under almost all circumstances you'll have a brand new Caudabe product shipped out to you ASAP. It's really that easy! Just think of it as our thanks for all of your support.*
