Returns & Exchanges
Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you're not satisfied, just let us know within 30 days from the date of your order, and we'll refund you the purchase price of your order (sans shipping cost) or exchange your order for another one of our products.
To get the ball rolling, please email email@example.com and provide the following information:
- Email address used to place the order
- Current shipping address (for exchanges)
- Which items you wish to return (or exchange) and the specific reason why
We'll send you an RMA# and an address to ship the product and the packaging. Please allow 2 weeks to process returns after the date that we receive the package. Note also the following:
- All products returned must be unused and received in their brand new, original condition and shipped in the original packaging.
- We do not refund credit card and transaction fees. These fees and costs will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back product(s) to us.
- There are no refunds on items damaged or lost during shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
- Products purchased through an authorized reseller need to be processed through that same reseller and shall follow the policies of that reseller.
Domestic US shipping
Orders are processed and shipped every week from Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and company downtime. Orders generally ship within 1 business day of placing an order. Orders placed after 9:30am EST on Fridays will ship on the following Monday, including any expedited shipping options you might choose. Shipping times via the default Standard Shipping typically take between 3-5 days, depending on where in the US you live. We also offer a number of UPS options for shipping, which generally offer more reliable shipping estimates and better tracking.
We ship worldwide via DHL and several expedited UPS options. Shipping times for the default International Standard Shipping can take anywhere between 15-25 days depending on your location and will vary based on the speed of your local postal carrier once the package reaches your country. We recommend selecting DHL Packet Plus Shipping as it's not much more than Standard Shipping, but is faster and more reliable. For the quickest service, select one of the expedited UPS options, all of which work very well.
International shipping duties
Each country has its own set of regulations regarding taxes and duties for imports into the country. Please note the following:
- Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order. These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges.
- We do not issue any refunds for customs fees or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees
- We have no way of estimating customs fees or duties given the wide variation in regulations on this matter among different countries. Please be sure to contact your local customs or post office for specifics on the amount of fees or duties that may be charged for your order, if any.
Our customers love our products and we want to make sure that never changes! That's why we offer our Hassle-Free, One-Year Warranty for our products. Within 1 year from the date of your purchase, if for any reason you're unhappy with your order, simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the issue and include a few photos. While we can in our sole discretion reject warranty claims, such as for abuse of our policies, under almost all circumstances you'll have a brand new Caudabe product shipped out to you ASAP. It's really that easy! Just think of it as our thanks for all of your support.*

- Product name and color, and the device you own
- Photos of the issue with a handwritten note in the photo showing today's date
* Maximum number of warranty claims limited to two per product ordered. Warranty only applicable to orders placed on the Caudabe website or through other channels where products are sold directly by Caudabe.
