Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you're not satisfied, just let us know within 30 days from the date of your order, and we'll refund you the purchase price of your order (sans shipping cost). It's really that easy. All that we ask is that you send us back the product and the packaging intact and without any blemishes to the product (unless, God forbid, the product came out of the box with a blemish!).

Shipping Policy

        Shipping times

Orders are processed and shipped every week from Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and company downtime. Please choose the appropriate shipping method during checkout. Orders generally ship within 1 business day of placing an order, although this may deviate from time to time. By USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation, you'll typically receive your order within 2-5 business days of shipping, depending on where in the US you live. For the most reliable shipping, choose one of the UPS options at checkout. Please contact us if you have any questions about the shipment of your order.  

        International shipping

We ship anywhere you want us to ship! (OK, ALMOST anywhere.) We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Shipping times for USPS First Class are anywhere from 10 - 20 business days, depending on the specific location. USPS Priority typically takes between 6-10 business days. Shipping times may vary based on the speed of your local postal carrier once the package reaches your country.

Do note that any free shipping or discounted shipping promotions may not apply to all countries. The free or discounted shipping will be automatically applied during checkout if applicable in your country. 

International shipping duties

Each country has its own set of regulations regarding taxes and duties for imports into the country. Please note the following:

  • Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order. These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges.
  • We do not issue any refunds for customs fees or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees
  • We have no way of estimating customs fees or duties given the wide variation in regulations on this matter among different countries. Please be sure to contact your local customs or post office for specifics on the amount of fees or duties that may be charged for your order, if any.

Product Warranty

Our customers love our products and we want to make sure that never changes! That's why we offer our Hassle-Free, One-Year Warranty for our products. Within 1 year from the date of your purchase, if for any reason you're unhappy with your order, simply send an email to detailing the issue and include a few photos. While we can in our sole discretion reject warranty claims, such as for abuse of our policies, under almost all circumstances you'll have a brand new Caudabe product shipped out to you ASAP. It's really that easy! Just think of it as our thanks for all of your support.*

To get the ball rolling on your warranty claim, please email and provide the following information:

  • Order#
  • Current shipping address
  • Product name and color, and the device you own
  • Photos of the issue with a handwritten note in the photo showing today's date

* Maximum number of warranty claims limited to two per product ordered. Warranty only applicable to orders placed on the Caudabe website or through other channels where products are sold directly by Caudabe (i.e., Amazon, eBay, etc.)
